woman's golf polo shirt

Adrav <nos...@nospam.com>
I'd like to buy a woman golfer a polo
shirt she can wear during the summer, and I'd
like to do it online. There are lots of
websites that sell them, but I know nothing
about brands and 'status' and wearabiity.
Will this do? http://tinyurl.com/bbf7o
Or, any suggestions?
Many TIA!

I personally prefer a sleeveless top when I'm playing golf (or
tennis)...no material to "get in the way" of the arms swinging (that
just really bugs me). Mercerized cotton should be nice and soft....

Check with the recipient's favorite course regarding dress code...golf
courses where I am do not permit sleeveless tops...

Ralph Lauren polos are well–made and durable. They're cut a bit
narrowly, so best suit a slim or rangy woman.
The Liz Claiborne "Golf Basics" polos are good choices for women with a
rounder figure.
Escada Sport has some pretty funky polos, and their quality is
excellent.
You can find all of these brands at www.ladygolf.com.
