What color shoes/belt with navy trousers?

Hi all,
Kind of a fashion for dummies question, but what color shoes and belt
should you wear with navy trousers? Do they have to match? If it makes a
difference, I'm female.

they can match, they can be different: camel, burgundy, even a fun bright
would be great depending on what you are wearing!
