What is "damage"? If the skin of your hands is truly damaged, you
might need to consult a dermatologist. However, if the problem is
simply rough skin, try exfoliating with a body scrub, as I suggested
above. That might help, at least a little bit.

Use Mary Kay Satin Hands kit. Put potroleum jelly on hands at night
and sleep with gloves on.
