Any experience with Ifashionmall?

At the end of April I ordered a Juicy velour set in a size L from
ifashionmall.com. My Credit Card was charged on 4/30. As of 5/9 I
had no received the item or a shipment confirmation. I e–mailed them
and, low and behold, I received a shipment confirmation on 5/10. When
I received the item it was not the size I ordered. I had ordered a
Large set and received a M top and L bottoms, that fit like they were
XS bottoms. In addition, I didn't feel the items were genuine Juicy.
The quality did not compare to 2 recently purchases suits. I e–mailed
them for an RMA #, but heard nothing. I finally called them and was
given an RMA #. I sent the items back and was just informed that I
could not return them for a credit because they were clearance. I
would have been fine with that, had the item I ordered been the one I
received OR if the "customer service" person bothered to mention it.
So...I now have a credit with a store I do not have much faith in.
Has anyone else ordered from www.ifashionmall.com with any success?
