I have been using Netflix for a couple of years now. I have not had the
problem you describe. Have you sent them an email? Maybe they didn't
change the status of the movie you requested.

I haven't had that problem other than it's not available or it's been
damaged. (that happened with one flick)
I did get a movie that I didn't have on my queue and have no clue how I
got it but that someone pulled the wrong film. (spaceballs) I think it
was supposed to be dodgeball.

that happened to a friend of mine. three people in the household, and
all of them SWORE that they hasn't ordered the film. it was some
cheesy 80s melodrama with a bunch of cheesy actors. um, yeah.

I don't know why I would have ordered a late 80's film since I don't
particularly like Mel Brooks films.. (other than Young Frankenstein)
so ?? go figure. I looked at the dvd envelope and it went right back.
however I am enjoying seeing all the Deep Space Nine star treks in a row
without commercial interruption. It's been lovely to see the character
development

Have you looked up this question in their FAQ? The information there
covers everything I've ever wanted to know, but if your question isn't
answered they give you an email address to contact them.
Have you had the movie at #1 spot in your queue?
Lily

No I haven't I was under the impression they did not answer their emails.

I've been with Netflix for about a year and have not had this happen.
As a matter of fact, videos I put on the list that are just becoming
available on DVD have been sent out to me right away. On the downside,
Netflix doesn't do business on weekends, which slows the flow of
mailings. I joined Blockbuster.com for my daughter and they apparently
process movies on Saturdays and Sundays. Once I get more of a feel for
the speed of delivery from Blockbuster, I may switch from Netflix.

Piper,
I've e–mailed them on a couple of occasions and gotten answers. They've
been pretty good for me.
