Will this cleanser clog pores?

Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Solutions Oil Free Foaming Cleanser, Oily Skin
It doesn't claim to be non–comedogenic. (However so many cleansers that make
that claim actually aren't).
Here's the ingreidents list:
Water, Polysorbate–20, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG–150 Distearate,
Phenoxyethanol, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Propylene
Glycol, PEG–4 Laurate, Sodium Benzoate, Disodium Lauroamphodiacetate,
Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Fragrance
Besides the fragrance, does anyone recognize any ingredients that might be
bad for acne–prone skin?
