WOW SHOPNBC – bad customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service and product support. I bought a watch from
them in Oct, the cover fell off–$250.00 watch. I got the run around for
over an hour. Was told to return the item, no problem. Then they sent
it back saying I cannot return it after the return period–this is after
giving me approval. To make a long story short; I called back and 45
mintues later was hung up on by their CS dept. Stay clear.
And no wonder this stock is tanking.
