Eyeliner Pencil Rec?

"SueB" <zob...@yahoo.com>
I'm particularly interested in a drug store–type of expense. I really
need something that goes on smoothly and with good clear color. I like
the one I tried from Clinique, but if there is something else a little
less "spendy" I sure would appreciate the rec! TIA.

I really like Prestige and Rimmel eyeliner pencils. They're even better than
some of the more expensive ones I've used.

I've found that the ones from Flirt (available at Kohl's) are REALLY
smooth. Avon Ultra–Luxury liners and Glimmersticks are equally great as
well.
