anyone here in AF use on–line pharmacies?

Yes, of the "licensed pharmacy fills prescriptions by licensed brick
and mortar practitioners" variety.... as opposed to the kind "as
SPAMvertised, no prescription [usually misspelled] required."
have you had good luck with them?
I absolutely love it.
would you recommend one over another?
Medco Health:

They are best–known as a pharmacy benefit manager to large companies,
but they also do mail order pharmacy.

I'm on Medco Health, too. There have been times though that if I could
reach through the phone I would like to strangle a pharmacist or two.
:–)
Once your prescriptions are in their system, ordering is a breeze
either over the internet or by phone.

My insurance gives a small discount for using an online pharmacy, but I
don't use it. I think I should give my business to my local pharmacy.
One that was close to work already closed due to slow business. I fear
that the local pharmacies will all disappear, then when I need
something right away in an emergency I'll be stuck either making a long
trip to a more distant pharmacy or waiting days for it.

Your plan design must not be my plan design.

If you're on an Rx card, they aren't getting that much. If you're not,
your insurance is a few fries short of a Happy Meal.

Incompetent merchants are always closing.
In the drugstore industry, it's the stuff that doesn't require
prescriptions that keeps the lights on anyway.

I think the online pharmacies are fabulous. We had Medco for a year and
now we are using another plan. It's so easy and they will mail
prescriptions to my children who don't live at home, which saves me time
and money. My local pharmacy was in the neighborhood grocery store and
I still use it for short term prescriptions.
