Zappos is the best.
They often (don't know if they do this all the time?) ship your item(s)
out in an expedited shipping manner. I have ordered on a Monday and
have the items on Thursday. So far I give them a huge thumbs up for
their super service and great selection for us gals with the larger
sizes.
