The Budget Fashionista: A site addressing the issue of staying
fashionable on a budget.
I definitely approve of the notion – as a girl who's hard–hit for cash
herself, but the site could use some work. What do you all think? I'm
trying to revamp it as a project and favor to the creator –– make it
fun, attractive, easy and enjoyable to read and use.
To do this, I'm going to need some help – thoughts from truly trendy
chicks such as yourselves. What would make you want to come to this
site? What content should be addesd? What is it that should be simply
eliminated?
More pics? Articles? Makeovers? Bios about fashion designers?
Anything!?
This site is for girls like you and your input is really going to help
make it something tailored to what you want to see. I'd really love to
hear your ideas and I welcome any questions. Thanks so much in
advance!

Its boring. Not at all fashionable. Its crowded, the content area needs
IMO to take 100% of the page and then there needs to be more space and
padding between the main block and the sidebars.
The line height for the side links should be larger so they arent
crowded.
The comments section is too close to the last line of the article.
There needs to be space or a divider.
The text seems to be a boring ugly blue. The headers dont pop nor does
text that should be emphasized.
There are long blocks of text with no images to break it up. A fashion
page MUST have photos IMO.
The color scheme doesnt make sense. Light green, black and red?
In her photo she has on a vibrant purple top. Why isnt her site as
bold? Its really dull, doesnt draw one in.

I really wasn't intending to advertise –– and it's not even my own site
to advertise. I was trying to help someone make the site better,
however, and I was trying to do this by getting reader input. It is to
be made FOR the reader and so can only improve truly with providing
that which the reader wants to see. I simply would like to know the
opinions of others on what COULD make the site wonderful. I apologize
if I gave the impression that I was only trying to get users to go to
this site – that's simply not the case.

I even sent you a private email about this situation which I did not
even get a reply to it from you.. Consequently for someone who has
NEVER posted before ––to whom I was trying to give the benefit of the
doubt––you just lost it
