i am trying to work out what differences these 2 have, maybe i am not
reading the descriptions correctly?

For some reason I'm having trouble opening the links, but in general I
go up a size with spanx since I think they are really tight.

last night i watched an oprah show recorded from earlier this week –– she
had the british what not to wear girls on –– oprah said she always wears
spanx. i've never tried "them" –– could you let me know what she might be
talking about, and your opinions re size, etc. thanks in advance.

Just got one of those "butt shaping" panities. I am fairly thin and older
and these are great for shaping you up, lol.
I also have the power panities but I like these new ones much better.

I got the power panties a long time ago, but rarely wore them. This
summer, however, I'm wearing them all the time because pants these days
are tighter in the butt area, and these panties really and truly leave
NO VPL's. I also can't believe they don't ride up on your thighs, but
they really don't.
I wore them extensively on a recent business trip through Asia where it
was so hot I couldn't bear to wear hose under my pants and skirts ––
the power panties were my godsend and I had just thrown them in the
suitcase at the last minute thinking for SURE I wouldn't wear them. I
love them now, and I'm ordering another pair pronto.
