I recently went to the nearby mall for the first time since an addition
opened. I was astounded to discover that:
MAC is now available at the Marshall Fields, and (drum roll please),
the new Bath and Body Works is a flagship store!!!
After ordering a LOT of items through the mail, I can now actually see
some high–end brands before purchase!

this, BBW management? Also, the deafening music didn't add to the

I haven't been trailed by sales associates in the new store yet, but I
think the SA's don't really know all the lines yet and are getting used
to everything. As for the music–– for me, the store I can't shop in is
Abercrombie and Fitch. The one nearest me pumps out the music so loudly
that its at an overly loud volume even in the "court" area of the mall.
I've even thought about writing a corporate office about this but
haven't done it yet.
