What is the real price?

Is there any site that tracks sales at stores? I was at the JC Penny
Home Store and found a cabinet that may suit my storage needs. The
price for the two parts together was more than what they would cost
separately and then when I asked the SA, I was told one price was wrong
but for the sale that started today they would be 30% with an extra 10%
(couldn't she have said 40%) off. It was my first time in the store and
I have no idea if the price will be more or less next week. Is there
any way to find out the best sale price for merchandise at specific
stores?
