Help! How to identify Trafalgar suspenders?

I need some help on confirming whether Trafalgar suspenders are the real
deal. I bought some Trafalgar suspenders at Marshalls and have sold 2 of
them on ebay, as seen at:

But now one buyer claims that they're fake inexpensive versions. I remember
many people selling identical ones on ebay a long time ago, but those
auctions are beyond the "completed listings" search. The one pair that I
have left are a limited edition Y2K version that seem authentic: they have
"Trafalgar" engraved on the metal portion and have a Nordies price tag on
the box.
However, I'm certainly no Trafalgar expert, and on the off chance that they
are fake, I'd like to refund the buyer's purchase. So is there any way to
confirm/deny their authenticity?

Legit Trafalgars will have "Trafalgar" engraved on the metal "levers"
and this engraving will be in the Trafalgar font. Almost always the
silk of the suspenders will NOT be like the silk of a man's necktie, it
will have a far thicker fabric...almost like a silk canvas, if that
makes any sense. The elastic portion will ALWAYS be white and there
will be a Trafalgar silk tag sewn on VERTICALLY on the outside. The
tabs will usually be a woven sort of silk cord, and on the rare
occasions they are leather they will be a matte sort of leather.
