"east-west" handbag?
I'll have to admit ignorance on this one: what does "east-west" mean when referring to a handbag? I thought at first that it must mean a rectangular bag with a flap, but I'm not sure after looking at more bags called that. Can anyone enlighten me?

Maybe I missed it, but where are these skins converted into garments and who is buying them? Seems that might be the angle to attack. I thought all this ended years ago - seems I recall in the seventies signing similar petitions, etc.
