Recycle your pantyhose

rosch...@hotmail.com
For a community service project that I'm doing I'm collecting unwanted
pantyhose to be given a second chance. The hose that has tears in it
will be shredded and knitted to make linning in coats that will be
shipped to the needy over seas. Do you have any ideas on how I could
get women to donate their hose? Thank you for your time.

A container with a prominent recycling symbol and an explanation of
what to put in it (and why).

thats lots of expense, trouble and time just to make linnings for
"coats that will be shipped to the needy over seas"
it would be easier, faster and more economical just to send used or
donated coats to the needy than to go through the process of
collecting, converting pantyhose to "linnings" for coats because there
are different styles, sizes, etc of coats to make it costly to make
such linnings that can be used by everyone that needs one so this idea
doesnt make it practical or logical.
also which firm or company actually collect torned used pantyhose that
converts them into linnings for coats. it would be cheaper and quicker
to send the used pantyhose to the ones that will be doing the actual
"recyling" of pantyhose unless its a "company" that has a fetish for
worn pantyhose.
