Have you tried Zout (not the same as Shout)? It's worked miracles for
me. I had a silk blouse with an old grease stain that the dry cleaner
couldn't remove; it came right out with Zout.
Also, the hottest water you think the blouse can withstand, poured
directly through the stain (don't need to soak it in hot water just
put the stained part directly under the tap and let it flush through
the stain turn inside out and flush through the stain from that
direction, too).
Finally, try drying it in sunlight. Sunlight works wonders on white
cotton and linen. If there is a ghost of a stain left, the sunlight
will bleach it out.
