need makeup trick for red eyes

Leigh Melton <le...@nbi.com>
Due to a medication I have to take, my eyes (left eye in particular)
are usually reddened. Some days it's just a pink tinge but some days,
like Saturday, it was pretty awful – bright red like I had been on a
two–week binge. I can't use Visine or other "get the red out" drops
so that's not an option.
I have a pair of glasses with pink tinted lenses and that does
disguise it a little bit (I was afraid it would just make it look
worse but my opthamologist assured me it wouldn't and she was right!).
Unfortunately that's just not the sort of thing that can be worn all
the time. Ditto sunglasses.
Does anyone have any makeup tricks, like recommended colors of
eyeshadow or liner, that might help disguise the red?

How about Paula Dorf's Baby Eyes? It is a soft white eyepencil made to
be used on the inner eyelid. Makes your whites look whiter.

They say navy blue counteracts the pink.

i think that you are better off with soft, neutral biscuit toned
shadows.. probably no eyeliner at all with a bit of soft white shimmer
in the inner corners to give a sense of space. What about focusing on
really defined, great looking brows too?
