Help!Red spots all over right side of face

"gingersnap...@yahoo.com" <gingersnap514@yahoo.com>
Yesterday I got really sick from a mix of junk food and cold chinese
and around 2:30 in the morning I went and threw up (sorry if this
sounds disgusting). I woke up this morning to find the upper right area
of my face (around and near my eye) covered in red spots! Did my blood
vessel burst and what can I do to make this go away. I've gotten these
before and they always go away on their own but i've never had so many.
Please help :(

Sounds like an allergy to me.
I get something similar from Ibuprofen and MSG ––– like a red wash all
over my face, neck, forearms and upper legs. Stays around for 24 days
usually.

Most likely they're petechiae, tiny hemorrhages from the
capillaries. They can occur due to the trauma of forceful
vomiting. They'll resolve on their own in a day or two, or you
can help the process along by applying ice on and off over the
next 24 hours.
(the same thing has happened to me, too)
