After looking at this one, NOW you will know the secret of why you get
so many credit card offers in the snail mail:

And as to the last piece of plastic I got: I had to go to the issuer's
Web site and BEG* for it. In other words, no preapproved offer in the
snail mail.
* Figuratively speaking.... given their advertising I think they
begged first.
