What I bought Today

The apple–green linen suit! Thanks for the advice. Waited 2 weeks and it was
there in the shop today, in my size... just so obviously meant to be...and a
smoke blue cardi to wear over my new dress (see below).
These were my high end items. Scored the following on the lower end at
Hennes & Maurits:
Aubergine (with pale pink, smoky blue print) short sleeved A–line dress with
deep neckline in something pretending to be chiffon (rayon?). Adorable at
19.99 euros
Kaftan style top in pearly pink same neckline. In cotton. also 19.99
White 3/4 sleeve blouse in some sort of cotton fabric with "damask" stripes
woven into it. Also 19.99
Happy as a clam!

In the Sunday paper H&M had an ad for retail employment opportunites at
their SF store. Ooooh, I'm anticipating their opening now! It's later this
year.
I brought a receipt (and mdse just in case) to J Crew for a price adjustment
because the price dropped by half since I bought these unworn cords last
week. Then I spent the price adjustment over at Ann Taylor on a dark
turquoise merino wool sweater that was marked down to a bargain price of
$19.99. The sweater has a nice front knit detail. Cofarbucks earned and
spent within minutes :)
