sorta OT: eDiets.com

Ruzinthra the Ruki <ruzint...@ruki.com>
anyone else using this service? i started yesterday. seems
pretty straight forward – they have a huge list of food to choose
from for each meal. i was wondering, if there *are* any people
here that use it, if you follow each meal plan right down to the
last detail, or do you do some self–customizations?
BTW, i am not endorsing ediets.com; i am not employed by, or
affiliated with ediets.com. but i do pay them money to help me
learn how to eat right in order to lose weight. (i had three
Subway meatball sandwiches last week – at 610 calories a pop.)

I did this years ago....it's good, kinda like Jenny Craig, but easier
to go off because you are not seeing what you are buying like the food
with Jenny Craig.

actually, there's a whole huge list of food choices (frozen and
non–frozen) to choose from. when you select a non–frozen item,
it's accompanied by a recipe and a shopping list. you know
exactly what you're eating.
this is my third day on the diet (includes meal plan, portion
control, and limited calories) and i've lost 3 lbs. last night i
couldn't stand it anymore and ate a pint of godiva ice cream with
a caramel swirl and chocolate–coated pecans. but here i am, at
210, rather than 213. :)

"Mr. Lancaster" as you call him is soooo full
of donkey doo that it isn't funny. Seeking
his advice is akin to saying "lie to me".
