Ulta gift with survey

I was in Ulta today and on my receipt it said if I call the 800# and answer
their survey, I get a free gift. They give you a code after the survey then you
take the receipt with the code on it to the store within thirty days. If you
spend $35 you get your free gift. Has anyone gotten the gift? I took the survey
and it's short but I wonder if going back there within 30 days and spending the
$35 is worth the money and effort.

i did the survey and the next time i went to ulta i remembered to bring
the number with me. the gift when i went was a free ulta nail polish,
i dont wear polish so eh, wasnt that great of a gift for me. but at
least it was only a two minute survey.
