| What causes undereye bags/circles? |
| My undereye circles are really bad lately, besides the obvious things like
plenty of sleep and keeping hydrated- what else should I do? :-(

| Hi- I have blonde highlights on my entire head. I was working on a show on
Thursday, and they put a blue water based rinse on my hair to make it darker
and kind of blue grey looking. They promised it would wash out no problem. I
