HELP! Hair rinse problem

Hi– I have blonde highlights on my entire head. I was working on a show on
Thursday, and they put a blue water based rinse on my hair to make it darker
and kind of blue grey looking. They promised it would wash out no problem. I
washed it out yesterday, and while my hair is blonde again, the color is not as
vibrant or the same shade as it was before. Does anyone have any idea what I
can do to get my hair back to normal I spent a lot of money getting my hair
done just a week ago, and can't bear the thought of having to go in again so
soon.

Not sure but I might try washing it again to see if that helps. That sucks.

Thank you. I just called my salon and they said the same thing. They also said
if it doesn't get better to come in and they have some special shampoo they can
use. They said it should get back to normal. However, I have learned my
lesson. Next time, they can put a wig on me!

ooh. hm. have you tried a clarifying shampoo? others here have
recommended Pureology clarifying shampoo, saying that it doesn't
strip colour, just the buildup (however, i have no experience
using it).
good luck. i'm guessing that if the clarifying shampoo doesn't
work, you may have to have your colour redone. maybe you could
get a clear colour put on? eek! call a stylist (other than me)
for a second opinion.
