Yeah, actually.....I keep having to remind myself. We received an
invitation to a VIP dinner (at a nice restaurant on Amelia Island) from
upmost mgt at my husband's work. It's a nice, but casual seafood
restaurant. http://tinyurl.com/5aztr The dinner is in recognition for
management's hard work this year in addressing certain problem areas. My
mom will watch the two wee ones on Sunday so that DH and I may shop for the
event. I'm guessing dress casual. Nice slacks or skirt. No shorts or
sleeveless shirts, flip–flops, or Jimmy Buffet attire.
I haven't been to the mall for any time that counts since my youngest one
was born 16 months ago.

Going to stay fashionably warm with my doggie, Snicker. We're supposed to get
snow here in MD tomorrow. People think it's the end of the world, I just spent
an hour at the market where everyone was stocking up on TP, bread, milk and
eggs. I just needed some sauce for ribs and deli meat. The lines were literally
down into the middle of the aisles.
Then sometime tomorrow I will put a fashionable red cable knit sweater on the
pooch and we'll play in the snow. He's a Westie that likes to burrow in the
snow so without the sweater he'd be lost. :–) I will be bundled up in my $30
Land's End down coat that I bought 2 years ago. Some of you may remember that
posting because it was during the blizzard of 2003 that happened on President's
Day.
Of course I will also be wearing my angry eyes as I was dancing for snow Sunday
into Monday for a day off. Mother Nature laughed in my face and blatantly
ignored my snow dance.
Lourdes :–)

Something's putting the clothes–shopping bug in my ear (noticing they
do wear out!).

I've got my every–6–week haircut scheduled for tomorrow morning. Of course,
the local DC weathermen have got everyone convinced that we'll be under 6
feet of snow by then, so who knows? LOL

Kids soccer and basketball games.
Evening out–casual–Saturday night.
Massage on Sunday, getting my courage up for a pedicure or a foot treatment
(soak, massage, wrap, etc)
Maybe a brunch out on Sunday––I want to wear my dressier maternity clothes a
few more times.
Hoping I don't go into labor.

PR duty for the womens' center where I'm a board member. Nothing fancy, just
a volunteer market in the public library.
Thinking of wearing dark brown palazzo pants and a brown/smoke blue toned
paisley top with bell sleeves, low cut, but not too low, turquoise jewlery,
nothing too flash, turquoise pashmina in case the decolleté proves too
risky...Shoes are a problem. Great suede ankle boots, but they may pinch
after a few hours standing and we're going for drinks afterward...
Have a nice weekend everybody!
