RL dark stretch jeans (not sure of the style but they're narrow legs)
stretchy long–sleeved top that looks sort of like a layered pair of C&C
California long–sleeved tops but aren't as sheer (which is what I don't
like about the C&C tops). Lower layer is dark turquoise. Top layer is a
lighter turquoise

ago. Larger, triangular stones (medium turquoise with rusty veins) with
simple setting.

Snowy and in the 20s. It was so cold last night that the friend who attends
the same yoga class greeted me last nighty by saying "It's Minneapolis cold
outside!"* (we'd done our first stints in grad school together there).
ankle length very straight black skirt
white tee–shirt
hand knit, intricately cabled emerald wool cardigan (from a long ago now trip
to Ireland)
emerald and cream chiffon silk scarf (brought back long ago by my best friend
from Hong Kong)
black very pointy flats with patent insert at toecap
garnet/pearl/sterling/ruby Czech glass drop earrings
usual diamond and sapphire rings
silver faced watch (elongated rounded rectangular face––like an old TV set)
with a row of rhinestones on both sides on a lime green with white polka dots
grosgrain ribbon band
for outside: black full length hooded single breasted coat; cashmere Burberry
house plaid muffler; faux Russian fur hat; brown leather gloves; black "patent"
zip front ankle boots
*We'd lived there during what were the the 2 worst, and consecutive, winters on
record. During that second winter I had to teach a class on a day when the air
was –30 and the wind chill –60, so I kind of have an idea of what extreme cold
weather is like too.
