CDLM and makeup

"Smokey" <SmokeyinNewEngl...@yahooey.com>
Thanks to the generosity of an a.f.er, I'm ...at long last...trying a sample
of CDLM. Used it before I went to bed last night and again this morning. I
used a very small amount and warmed it in my fingers...but I can't see how
makeup would work over it. I normally use Bare Minerals but CDLM would make
it blob up, I think, no matter how little I used. So, CDLM users, do you
just use it at night or can you apply makeup over it?
Thanks,
Smokey

I have dry skin––pretty much only in winter––and in general, I feel I have
to use a liquid or cream foundation over my heavy–duty moisturizers. I the
moisturizer time to settle in before I apply powder blush and then,
sometimes, a dusting of loose powder on top. I've never had much success
with powdered foundation; I figure this is because of the dry skin.

something to think about,
apply a very thin coat of CDLM first and then take another thin coating and
mix with the BE and apply that like a cream foundation

I use Armani lumimous silk foundation. I only use the CDLM during the
day and apply it first with all of my other moisturizers. Then the
foundation goes on top but the foundation isn't thick.
