if you ever have to move and you use SBC Global for your internet
services, make certain that when they tell you they are going to
transfer your DSL with your phone service that you ask to speak
to the DSL department as well to make sure the transfer request
has been put thru.
i moved on Jan 2, and today is the first day i've had internet
access since moving. i had 69 emails waiting for me, and over
1500 messages waiting for me on AF. :)
it's good to be back online!
