no samples?

When you order from a site (in my case Origins) and you pick your samples do
you expect to get them? If you do not do you complain? I did not get my 2
promised samples, they messed up my order and sent it to the wrong address and
they may have charged my card twice (I am still trying to figure it out)...I am
not to happy!

Since several things went wrong with your order, you definitely have a
right to complain. Not including the samples is probably just human
error.

I agree – I'd let it go if all they had done wrong was forget the
samples. But since they also messed up your order in other ways and may
have charged you twice, you should complain.
