Dream Lash, an "As seen on TV" product, is on sale for $9.99 at CVS
this week. It is advertised as "not a mascara." Has anyone tried this
product? What is its texture, color, and consistency? Is it effective
in augmenting lashes permanently (until they grow out)? Thanks for
