What's up with Sephora.com?

Even though I'm on a moratorium, I just went to add something to my
Favorites list for later and cruised a bit...and at least half of the things
I looked at were "temporarily out of stock". Is this some cyclical problem
Sephora has or indicative of some problem or what?

Any goods coming from China, Japan, or South Korea are going to be
delayed because of the tsunami.
Manufacturers in Europe may also be affected because containers and
packaging material are often made in China and South Korea.

It just means that I was interested in the product. I think they have
a tracking device that looks for my IP address. As soon as I click
the link, *poof*, it disappears from their warehouse.
Paranoid? Me?

Researched "shipping delay" articles because I had read comments to
the contrary. As I remember, reports are that there are minimal to
non–existent delays in Asian countries not affected by the tsunami.
Even in Indonesia (25% of adidas, Nike, Puma, Reebok production
capacity) it didn't happen in the affected parts.

Everything is often made in China and/or South Korea.

Nah, they're tracking me, too, when it comes to murdering products
outright.
If I like it, it gets the axe as fast as they can throw it.
I envy my MiL who has been able to buy the same EL lipstick color for
the
last 25+ years. kpr54

Obviously, people are lying to me, then!

I suspect they do make cake for the domestic market.

Is it EL Frosted Apricot? My mom's been using it as long as I can
remember and that's gotta be 20+ years.
