I am going to Pebble Beach for husbo's work function.
There's a spa package booked for me and on the
web page it says that the gratuity is included. Still,
it's strange for me not to leave anything and am I
really NOT expected to? TIA

Yes, it probably is a twenty per cent gratuity built into the price of I am going to Pebble Beach for husbo's work function.
