I'm planning a Spring Fling at Woodbury Commons and would like to know how I
can find out when NY state has tax free weeks. Does it differ from when NYC has
them? How much advance notice do they give you? Or don't they do that anymore?

They've already announced it to the merchant community. Now, if they're anything like Texas, the merchants will be advertising
it that week.
