Recent Banana Republic order from the early spring line:
Black stretch lace top – This fits perfectly and looks good –– a definite
keeper.
Black silk empire top – I wanted this to work so badly, but it might have to go
back. I'm not sure the tailor is going to be able to do what needs to be done.
Black stretch wool pencil skirt– This matches perfectly with my black wool
pantsuit. Since I bought it in a petite size, it doesn't even need to be
hemmed. It will need to be taken in though.
Gray stretch wool pencil skirt – This is on hold until I get the grey pantsuit
back from the cleaners so I can see if it's the same dye lot.
Black leather perforated pumps – I love these. I had a pair very similar to
this in 1987.
Black criss–cross open toe pump – These are a disappointment and are going
back. I don't like the look or the fit.
