Designer Overruns

Hi,
Does anyone know a reputable source for designer overruns? I am trying
to locate a DKNY brown pinstripe skirt in size 4P. This skirt was part
of a suit I purchased in 1995. Tag lists RN 68596 and CA 31127.
Fabric content is 62% Rayon, 30% Wool, 8% Nylon.
