Re: ? for AF eBayers

hateith...@aol.com (Hateithere)
Stevie – I finally saw your message this morning (had to go to google – AOL is
only letting a few messages through).
Anyway, a couple of years ago I had a lady at ebay do the same thing. I know
for a fact that the item was brand new and still in the box. It came out of
the box only long enough to take a picture. She demanded that I refund half
her money for the item. I said No – she went away, grumbling and mumbling.
If you indeed know for sure that the item was new then you owe her nothing.
For all you know, she could have opened the items and realized that she didn't
like the colors so now she's trying to say they look used so she can get her
money back and buy other items.
If the auction was exactly as stated and there's proof the package was
delivered then I think your obligation ends there.

Hey Dana
thanks for you input (also thanks to Jean, Melanie and everyone else who
shared in this thread)
I in fact do stand by my it was new , untouched when I sent it. She later
sent me another email that stated she thought the shadow had been swiped
too> I KNOW that didn't happen because I thought the color looked like ick
when I got it.
anyway.. I haven't heard from her since I made the offer.
I have contacted Ebay about this because what this buyer told me in her
email does NOT jive with the evidence that she was on Ebay buying and
selling during the entire period.
I think she had buyers remorse and didn't want it and figured that 1) she
could get her money back and 2) could stick me with a bunch of products she
had used.
UGH.
I think my feedback says it all

I think I've figured out AOL's problem:
AOL is part of Time Warner (fomerly AOL Time Warner, formerly Time
Warner), responsible for one Wile E. Coyote. Wile E. Coyote purchases
stuff from ACME that never works as it should. British sports–car
owners probably think ACME is a division of Lucas Electrics.
Given this history, the problem is finally obvious: AOL runs an ACME
computer to connect to the Internet. <grin/duck>

Over a hundred negatives and neutrals?
That feedback may not say quite what you seem to think it does.

In case no one else has pointed this out...it means 553 different

on multiple deals, and the total positive feedback is 664. Negative? Zero.
Neutral? Zero.
