I'm with Pam...she's prolly flaking out cause she's used the stuff or
had decided to keep it. Or she's a complete scammer that hoped for a
refund. I doubt you'll hear anything, never mind get the stuff back and
have to issue a refund.
I had a guy tell me a CD I'd sold him arrived cracked...I was skeptical
so I offered him a refund if he sent the CD back. He said he would but
it never did show up. He never left feedback at all and neither did I.
You've been very fair...tell her you have to move on and bank the
Paypal money. Don't sweat it.
