I got extensions!

I got extensions...done by a Japanese girl, they were braided in then
stitched. I'm so excited...I have hair a few inches past my shoulders!
Is this a weave?
Anyway, it took 3 hours and $150 + cost of the human hair. I think it
looks good...I'm meeting up with some girlfrinds to see Bridget Jones
so I'll see if the new hair passes the friends test.
Now I'll just see if it's manageble – it'll take some getting used to!
I want to get some sparkly and fancy hair clips to play with it.

I'm only on day 2, washing my hair was weird because of the braided
'joins' in the back (although they're hidden under layers of my real
hair). My hair was almost chin length, now its just past my
shoulders...about 4–5 extra inches. I was a little nervous this
morning when I was drying it, but I'm still loving it.
I don't think you could do it if you have hair much shorter than
mine...you need at least a few inches of hair all over your head to
cover where the hair is attached...the longer the better.
So far so good!

Cool...I didn't know...don't know anyone who's done it. I'm still
loving it...and noticing that I'm getting more male attention with
longer hair!
