Well, I did some detective work... it's a book about substance abuse.
I figured that out by searching for ASIN 0823916839 on amazon.com
(they have the same system as target.com); they had a better
description and the same oddball price.

mystery item at Target is described as 9.6 x 6.7 x 0.4 inches.
Multiply by 100 and see what you get... something like: 956
hundredths–inches length x 672 hundredths–inches width x 41
hundredths–inches height!
