I keep getting redirected to my account page requesting a birthdate and
e–mail address. When I enter them I get another error message. When I
click on Contact Us, I get redirected to the same account update page. I
don't know what is going on. The e–mail thing is not clear at all (Is it
e–mail or password?) And maybe I originally used an old e–mail that no
longer exists, but I can't get to anyone through "Contact Us" either?
Can anyone provide any direction? Anyone else having the same problem?

I don't know what's going on, but I am getting the same thing. They
must be either doing something with the site or having issues.
