Tummy control SHAPEWEAR?

HI! i'm wondering if anyone here has any experience with them? i'm
looking to try a popular brand called SPANX HigherPower panties that i
hear is pretty popular by celebs,like Gwyneth Paltrow. Anyone here know
if SPANX really are good? or of any other comfy hiwaisted slimmers that
actually do work (i.e. keep the belly from popping out.LOL).
Anyone with insight on this subject,PLEASE help. THANX.
