New Year's Eve planning – what I'm wearing and shopping for

Hi all,
I'm SO excited for NY's eve this year. We're going up north for a
friends party. The party is at their house, the man of the house is a
builder and they have the most incredible place – they have an entire
Bourbon St. themed bar in their basement. We went up for Halloween
and it was INCREDIBLE. Anyway, the theme for NY's eve is "Black and
White". Most of the women will also be in VERY skimpy outfits. My
best friend and her hubby are coming w/ me and the BF and we're really
looking forward to it.
SO – since I cannot decide which to do, black or white, I'm doing
both. One before midnight and another, more risque, after midnight.
I think there will be many others doing this too.
