Gel eye makeup remover?

Eons ago, I used to use the Lancome eye makeup remover. It was a gel
consistency, which I found easy to use. Unfortunately that went to a
liquid form which I don't like as well. I like being able to squirt a
blob of remover onto my finger and massage it onto the eyelid and then
wipe it off. I don't like having to saturate a cotton ball or whatever
first. I've used the Almay gel remover since then. I didn't like it
quite as well, although it worked, but for whatever reason it's hard to
find around here (and the tubes I have found were really dusty, making
me think they're pretty old).
Any suggestions? I'd actually like a smaller size than the $20+ Lancome
variety, since I'd like to be able to replace it periodically. I did see
a Mario Badescu gel at Nordies the other day and may go back and look at
that.
