Rinsing hair

Ruddell <ruddell'Elle–Kabo...@canada.com>
Just finished reading an article about keeping hair clean and it ended
with rinsing. Saying to start with warm water then going to as cold as
you can stand it. In fact, the colder the water the shinier the hair...
Not in my lifetime ;–)

I do it that way because anything minty or cold directly on my scalp wakes
me up as if I'd just had three cups of coffee. It's like an energy jolt. My
hair is *just* as shiny with cold water as without, though. There's been
times when I was too cold or not feeling well and I didn't do the cold water
rinse and I *still* ended up with shiny hair if I used the right products.
I usually do the cold water rinse after the warm, though.
