What arrived in the mail today

"ahmward" <nospam.ahmw...@yahoo.com>
I received my December issues of Vogue and Allure, lots of catalogues
and the shirt I ordered from Anthropologie. The shirt is simply too
cute, white with pink and white stripe peter pan collar and cuffs, pink
running stitch on the placket with the buttonholes, which are also sewn
in pink thread. I will probably wear it with one of my Lauren cotton
cable pullovers, pink or white. Sign me up for a return to the 50s and
60s :)

A huge box from Amazon....I'm amazed at how fast their shipping is! Ordered
late evening of the 6th, and it arrived today. Gift–wrapped about a dozen or
more presents within an hour. I never had Christmas so easy! (this with a
3– and 5–yr–old, so online shopping is a must!)

A custom–made dark blue print velour tunic with mandarin collar. My SMIL had
this made for all of the girls in the family.
Funny moment when I showed it to my DD (both DDs already have their own tops, I
got mine last because I provided measurements last). I showed it to my 6 year
old and she said, "Mommy, what happened?" She thought her 2 year old sister's
top somehow grew in the wash!

well I got my Sephora order that I used the 20% off code with and everything
is wonderful. cinnamon Buns shower gel has a very strong but wonderful
authentic smell. not chemically. The Jaqua Body bakery butter cream Frosting
is ultra rich and smells heavenly. the scent last about 4 or 5 hours on me.
and last but not least Benefit Dandelion may be my Holy Grail product of 2004.
I haven't loved something so much since finding Bobbi Brown's Gel eyeliner.
going to a party tonight and will don on all the above!

Nice haul! I'm jellus! ;)
In today's mail: some Christmas presents for my children, and a
beautifully wrapped bunch of birthday presents for me from TOK. Thanks
so much, Kim! MWAH! And just so you know, I'm baking my birthday cake,
and I'm under orders to make a Jigglypuff cake. I'm planning on making a
Red Devil cake, using the recipe in the cookbook you sent me last year.
I'll tint the cream cheese frosting pink, and draw Jigglypuff on the top
of the cake using a pastry tube filled with chocolate icing.

Joey is too and Mads is getting into it as well. She actually asked for
Pokemon cards for Christmas, but none of the kids are getting Pokemon OR cards
(Yu Gi Oh, Beanz, etc). Too many pieces and Joe and I both are burned out on
Pokemon.

Have you bought their jewelry before? How do you like it?

You get what you pay for. The jewelry I purchased in the post above was
relatively inexpensive but the color is pretty and they are mounted very
well.I don't think they will fall out of the settings. The stones are
thin but I definitely wasn't paying the price of 6kt rocks. I have
pearls and other jewelry from USAA and I have never been disappointed.
