I'm not talking about cases where it wasn't clear, but where the
person has requested one thing and has obviously not received it,
then the salon's management should not expect the client to pay.
This sort of echos the return thread. It's not customary to display
signs about no refunds in stores but should be if that's the policy, but
for hair salons maybe some satisfaction policy might be in order???
