Lush bath bomb question

when are you supposed to throw this in the tub? when the tub is done running
or while you're filling it up?
i'm taking the day off tomorrow and planning on treating myself w/da bomb:)

Throw it in while the water is running so it will break up. Watch it to
see if it is breaking apart.

I put a bath bomb in the water after I get in. It fizzes and zips
around all over the surface of the water, spitting out cocoa butter
slivers or flower petals or whatever is in it. Such entertainment!
