Prescriptives Liquid Touch compact makeup

Both Clinique and Prescriptives are offering compact cream or
cream–to–powder foundations. I tried the Clinique Superbalanced Compact
Makeup in "Chamois" (No. 6) and it looked ghastly on me. It's packaged
like the Shu Uemura cream foundation, but doesn't seem to have a
corresponding range of shades. The Prescriptives Liquid Touch in "Cool
Rose" (No. 13) looked better, so I went with that. It's more emollient
than I'm used to, but I'll give it a shot, since my Laura Mercier powder
foundation is almost gone (if anyone can name a good powder foundatin
*which contains squalane* besides this one, please let me know, thanks!).

I just bought the Px Liquid Touch in this very shade on Friday! Was
stopping by the counter to pick up the Moonbeam mini glosses set for my
sis–in–law for Christmas and the MA had time to color print me (B/R) and
redid my makeup with this foundation and blush, lippie etc. She used the
foundation brush to apply which I think is key with this formulation. I
really like it so far.
